If you’re doing a lot of oblique work and trying to lose the love handles, you need to stop IMMEDIATELY.
That’s because you got to focus on losing the belly fat first, otherwise, you’ll develop the muscle – which is still important – but you’ll never see it because of the layer of fat you need to lose first.
This workout is only 10-minutes guys so you can do this anywhere from 2-4 times a week. There’s no equipment necessary other than a non-rolling chair and open space on the floor.
The 3 rules to losing love handles. Chances are if you miss out on 1 of these things, it’s going to be a whole hell of a lot harder to lose the love handles. So:
0:48 – Rule #1: Workout. Start off with just 10 minutes 2-3 times a week, and increase that once you start getting into the groove of things.
1:09 – Rule #2: Control Your Nutrition. Make sure you’re handling your nutrition properly You don’t need to starve yourself to lose weight – in fact, you should still be eating 3 meals a day with 2 snacks in between.
1:35 – Rule #3: Support Your Hormone Health. I’m talking about Testosterone, guys. That literally controls how we men look like men. The compound muscle movements in this workout are designed to do just that.”
Now, let’s quit the grab-assing and get to work. Here’s the workout breakdown:
2:13 – Step-back lunges to High-Knees – 10 reps on each leg
3:09 – Chair Squats With Arms Out – 10 reps
3:33 – Alternating High-Knees – 10 on each leg
4:28 – Plank – 10 seconds
To complete the workout, you will do a total of 3 rounds.
