Increase Fat Loss & Boost Test Now
Why do they call them “love handles?” What’s to love about having unwanted body fat on our waist? Unwanted belly fat that is a clear indicator of something dangerous going on in your body?
That’s why today we’re doing my quick at-home workout to get started burning stubborn love handles away once and for all.
So, were at my place today to show you all how to get started working out right at home.
I’ve cleared just a little bit of space for this workout, so let me show you what I’m talking about because I’m gonna show you how to get started – right now.
You will be doing 4 Exercises back-to-back, for 30 seconds each.
You’re finished when you do a total of 3 full rounds with just a 60-second break between each round. Here are the exercises:
1:11 Exercise #1: Jog In Place – 30 seconds (brings knees high, stay in one place)
1:40 Exercise #2: Bodyweight Squats – 30 seconds (flexing knees and hips, sit back with your hips, quickly reverse the motion until you return to the starting position)
2:21 Exercise #3: Hollow Hold – 30 seconds (lie down flat on your back, contracting your abs while pulling the belly button towards the floor, keeping legs and arms off the floor)
2:58 Exercise #4: Yoga Childs Pose – 30 seconds (on hands and knees, bow forward, draping torso between thighs. Keep your arms extended, palms facing down)
And there you have it, guys. That’s one full round of the exercises.
Remember – you will have to do 3 total rounds to complete this workout.
