4 Minute Fast Ab Workout

Hey, everyone, I thought I’d show you this video that I made for a quick, high-intensity workout. This is the same workout I do a few times a week to get myself in shape and continuing to build my six pack abs.

During this workout, I usually do 10 reps of a high-intensity exercise – in this case, I wanted to get a good pump in my shoulders and arms, so I decided to battle ropes, but you can do other movements such as mountain climbers, squat jumps, push-ups, burpees, high knees, box jumps, tire flips… Anything.

I followed up each set with a quick down-and-back sprint to get my dog Trunx some exercise too.

Doing this type of workout first thing in the morning can help to reach your fitness goals. It gets your body kickstarted to get through the remainder of the day.

Now, one thing that so many people forget after their workout is to eat. Just make sure that you’re refueling properly. Choose lean proteins, healthy fats like avocados or nuts and long-lasting carbs like sweet potatoes or quinoa to keep you going.

Gotta love him though, he’s my partner in crime, no matter how quickly he gets worn out.
