Hey everyone, I thought I’d show you this video that I made for a quick, high-intensity workout. This is the same workout I do a few times a week to get myself in shape and continuing to build my six pack abs.

During this workout, I usually do 10 reps of a high-intensity exercise – in this case, I wanted to get a good pump in my shoulders and arms so I decided to battle ropes, but you can do other movements such as mountain climbers, squat jumps, push-ups, burpees, high knees, box jumps, tire flips… anything.

I followed up each set with a quick down-and-back sprint to get my dog Trunx some exercise too.

Doing this type of workout first thing in the morning can really help to reach your fitness goals. It gets your body kickstarted to get through the remainder of the day.

Now, one thing that so many people foreget after their workout is to eat. Just make sure that you’re refueling properly. Choose lean proteins, healthy fats like avocados or nuts and long-lasting carbs like sweet potatoes or quinoa to keep you going.

You can see how to get the perfect portion sizes for each of those right here:

Getting your workout done first thing in the morning takes the stress out of worrying about training and getting to the gym,and as a added bonus you can help your pup get some exercise too…Trunx sure did… He was completely pooped afterward! Gotta love him though, he’s my partner in crime, no matter how quickly he gets worn out.

If you are ready to make a life-changing transformation, but you don’t know where to start, check out this video – In this video I’ll show you the #1 reason why it’s so difficult for guys to get back in shape. I’ll go into my best workout tips and tricks I have to overcome your fitness struggles.

My name is Henry, and I am a personal trainer who has been extensively studying health, fitness, fat loss, muscle building, and the steps that it takes to get six pack abs. My goal here is to provide you with the most up-to-date, scientifically correct tips and tricks to get the physique you want. I'm been in the Fitness Industry for 17 years now. I've been able to see the fitness world evolve into the massive industry it is today - especially in the past 7 years with new technology upgrades and the world being able to share and connect effortlessly through Social Media. Unfortunately, I grew up when the industry was more "analog" as a very skinny-fat kid and through my teen years. It was so hard/fustrating for me to gain any muscle. I played football and basketball in High school along with being a 1st Degree Black Belt in Tae-Kwon-Do. I can say Martial Arts (Bruce Lee) actually sparked my interest in wanting a nice looking body and gaining muscle along with watching Arnold S. when he appeared as Conan "The Barbarian" and Conan "The Adventurer" in his hit movies. One of the biggest parts of success in any type of goal, is through hard work, discipline and consistency. I'm glad Martial Arts provided me that vessel because I can truly say without those characteristics, I would not have been able to be successful in Fitness and build the body I have today. It's such a rewarding feeling and I want each and everyone of you to have that feeling.
