Men Over 40: Take Control Of Your Testosterone
Today’s all about taking your time to get your nutrition under control. Getting yourself away from all the sugar, preservatives, processed ingredients, and unnecessary additives that are doing all harm and no good for you.
Let’s me break it down:
4 Cups No-Sugar-Added Ketchup
1/2 Cup Water
2 Tablespoons Truvia (or Stevia)
2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tablespoon Yellow Mustard
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 Teaspoons Chili Powder
2 Teaspoons Salt
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 Teaspoon Organic Molasses
1/2 Cup Salted Grass-Fed Butter – The #1 Test-Boosting Ingredient
Mix all these up in a bowl and you’re all set. Easy, right? Just 5 minutes or so to throw together and you got yourself a healthier, test-boosting BBQ sauce to use on the grill.
Here’s something to think about next time you’re ordering a pizza.
