You see, after years of heavy lifting and training, I’ve come to realize is this style of training has really taken its toll on my body. However, recently I learned of a new way to warm up before working out and training that is specifically designed to activate certain neurological pathways to make my workouts that much better.
So, today I’m breaking down my scientific method for warming up before you start training in the gym or at home to achieve your fitness goals.

There you have it, guys – it’s really simple and just takes 5 minutes at the start of your workout to make sure your body and mind are firing on all cylinders and are ready to take advantage of the exercises that you’re about to do.
