Breakfast Ideas from the Sixpack Community

Sometimes, the tone of your entire day can be set by the breakfast you start with. It isn't easy to have the best choices on hand, or cook up a 4-star meal, when the gym, work, or kids are waiting on you, demanding your focus. We thought it might help to have some new ideas from our community out there, of breakfast meals that get each of us going, or at least get us out of bed. So put aside the bowl of cereal or whatever you call breakfast, and see what your friends in the Sixpackabs community are doing to start their days. Fuel up with some new ideas, and add a little variety to your plate. We'll post more soon!

I eat steel-cut oats with blueberries, granola, and Greek yogurt with a glass off orange juice on the side.

I have a bowl of toasted oats with blueberries and rice milk, six days out of the week. Seventh day is old-fashioned oats with cinnamon and honey.

Cage free eggs, turkey bacon or sausage, high fiber muffin using coconut oil is a breakfast. More of a brunch as mornings I use to supplement load (omeg3 and fat soluble vitamins) and hold off eating anything that can interfere with that process of absorption. Otherwise, protein shake with almond or oat milk as first meal.

I always have a toasted english muffin with a big spoonful of natural peanut butter. Keeps me full through the morning, and takes almost no time to prepare. With a cup of black coffee of course.

I change what I eat so I don’t have the same thing every time but the top 2 to 3 are

1. 2 to 3 egg with fruit like berries
2. 4oz Tuna with olive oil and fruit
4. 3 to 6 oz chicken with fruit and olive oil on chicken

To these food i also add spices based on how i feel
Spices like garlic 🧄, cayenne pepper 🌶, salt 🧂, black pepper, turmeric, etc.

Avocado toast FTW. Add a little salt and pepper, and a squeeze of lime. Good fats, protein and grains, and its delish! Or my husband's egg bagel if I'm in a rush.

I always have two cups of coffee. I’ve done the butter and MCT oil in my coffee many times. I always have 16oz of water with 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar before my coffee.

Every now and then I’ll have a carne guisada and cheese taco or eggs and bacon or even pancakes. However, on a normal day just 16oz water ACV and 8-16oz of coffee.

First thing, I usually drink a mixture of ACV, fresh ginger, and a squeeze of half a lemon, in about 8 oz of water, warmed in the micro. Then about a half hour later, for breakfast, if I'm not fasting, I will have either 2 scrambled eggs, or depending on how I feel, oatmeal (Bob's Red Mill Whole Grain oats + Protein for Oats + a spoonful of pumpkin, blueberries, strawberries, sometimes half a banana, and a good couple shakes of cinnamon).

If I have a workout, hot yoga, or HIIT class coming up, sometimes I'll do both if I'm really hungry. On rare occasions, I'll have avocado toast. Mid-morning or later, I drink a mixture of Green Detox and Test Reload, (maybe + Alpha Meal or Invigor8) in about 1 liter of water, again, if I feel like it.
