Otherwise, make sure you’re not consuming too much food on your cheat meal. You can have foods you normally wouldn’t eat on a diet, but don’t go overboard. Two or 3 slices of pizza, one hamburger… Those are both options that a lot of people choose.
Alcohol isn’t the best choice because it can slow down your fat burning, but having it once a week will not slow you down very much as long as you stick to the program and eat healthy the rest of the week.
