Lose Fat Quick and Build Muscle

Hello Sixpackshortcuts.

I’m a 21 years old student in college struggling to build muscles and primarily,lose fat. Are there any workouts/exercises that can help me lose lots of belly fat and build nice,toned muscle and shape at the same time?

Thanks for writing in. Now –  it would be nice to know a bit more about you when it comes to you struggling to build muscles or lose fat.

I’ll be honest with you – there isn’t just one workout that will help do both, but a good combination of different workouts – compound muscle workouts, done multiple times a week can get you on track to both burning off the fat more efficiently and building the nice, toned muscle you are looking for.
