So today, if you couldn’t tell by the video title, we have a nighttime tea apple cider vinegar recipe for you…
Today’s recipe I’m about to break down for you that uses Apple Cider Vinegar works to:
-Help You Out With Digestion
-Help Fatty Acid Mobilization
-Help Reduce Bloating
Remember – this is a nighttime drink, so you can mix this up and have it right before you head to bed.
-10-12 ounces of warm/hot Water
-2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
-2 tablespoons of kombucha (for probiotic benefits)
-1/4 of a Lemon – juiced
-1/2 teaspoon ginseng extract
-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Ginseng is an ancient herb is known for its ability to calm brain activity and provide relaxing effect over the body.
