When I turned 50, I was bloated, fatigued…I hit a wall and couldn’t get out. All the thing that had worked in the past for me…a tweak here, an adjustment there – would not work.
And I’m thinking to myself I know I just turned 50, but this cannot be the end! So I found my way out of it.
Today I’m going to take you through one of my steps to get from there, to here, today.
So basically, I live by a simple set of rules. Number 1: win the morning, win the day. Number 2: just show up. If you show up, chances are, you’re going to have success!
Life does not end at 50. To me, it’s just getting better… I believe I’m in my prime. So let’s get to work!
My workouts are comprised of 3 separate days. My first day is going to be legs. Almost all of my workouts are 4 sets of 12 reps. Here we go!
