Workout 2: Lower Body Circuit: I know you’ve heard people say “Friends don’t let friends skip leg day”…. Well they’re right! You better not miss this lower body workout – it will help you burn the maximum amount of calories because the muscle groups you will be using are so much bigger than the muscles of the other parts of your body.

This workout requires 3 lower body superset exercises that will be done for 30 seconds each – We will take 20 second rest periods between each superset but if you feel like you need more, allow yourself to take the necessary rest.

Superset 1:

  • Jump squats for 30 seconds
  • Single leg dumbbell toe touches for 30 seconds
  • Rest for 20 seconds

Superset 2:

  • Step-ups for 30 seconds
  • Alternating jump lunges for 30 seconds
  • Rest for 20 seconds

Superset 3:

  • Sumo squat with a dumbbell for 30 seconds
  • Wall sit (holding dumbbell) for 30 seconds
  • Rest for 20 seconds
