Today, I’m talking about how the regular way you’ve been eating has been killing your energy levels and how intermittent fasting can actually boost energy levels. Let’s get to it:

Energy – Killing:
1:46 – Eating and digesting take a ton of energy – up to 60% of our overall energy.
2:40 – Every time we eat we have an inflammatory response in our bodies.
3:06 – Eating inflammation causing foods slows down the communication between neurons and the brain.
3:38 – The consumption of carbs spikes insulin, allowing those carbs into the cell.
