Hitting the weights and constantly training in the gym with equipment can really tire out the body. And if you’ve commited to 4+ days a week to training, your body is going to be sore and tired.

So, instead of the weights and machines, take a step back and relieve some tension on your muscles and joints with a bit of yoga. Now, you may be thinking that yoga isn’t going to help with you losing belly fat and getting six pack abs, right?

Not exactly… Because you need to continue to have your body in a zone where it isn’t getting comfortable or where things are becoming too routine to grow and develop to the next level. Yoga is a great way to mix things up and take some pressure off of your body for improved mobility and recovery.
