We at are always grateful for those serving in the armed forces. And we find it very important to support and thank those that have left for war, made the ultimate sacrifice, and come home to do it all over again.

Today, we want to bring to your attention Lift For The 22 – a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that provides gym memberships for veterans all over the country to fight veteran suicide and increase successful transition from the military.

At the end of the day, those that serve can and have gone through quite a bit, especially in wartime and combat. So, take some time to listen to what Lift For The 22 is doing on helping those coming back to the states and helping to assimilate back to civilian life.
