We’ve heard this term floating around quite a bit when it comes to eating healthy – “meal prep” where you’re making an effort to make your meals for a few days all at once, rather than each day spending time cooking individual meals.

Now, if you have the time to do this, don’t hesitate to do so. Meal prep allows you to control portions, macronutrient intake, and tweak your diet if you feel something needs to come up or go down very easily.

However… If you’re a person who has trouble finding time between classes, work, family, relationships, hobbies, and more, then meal prep can seem pretty intimidating and too hard to fit in.
