What You’ll Need:

  • 1 & 1/2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 Frozen Banana
  • 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
  • 2 Handfuls of Fresh Spinach
  • 1 Cup of Ice

Throw all the ingredients into a blender and hit that “mix” button and BOOM! You got yourself a protein-packed shake full of good micronutrients to help recover your muscles and get you closer to the body you’ve been working for.

My name is Henry, and I am a personal trainer who has been extensively studying health, fitness, fat loss, muscle building, and the steps that it takes to get six pack abs. Unfortunately, I grew up when the industry was more "analog" as a very skinny-fat kid and through my teen years. It was so hard/fustrating for me to gain any muscle. I played football and basketball in High school along with being a 1st Degree Black Belt in Tae-Kwon-Do. I can say Martial Arts (Bruce Lee) actually sparked my interest in wanting a nice looking body and gaining muscle along with watching Arnold S. when he appeared as Conan "The Barbarian" and Conan "The Adventurer" in his hit movies. One of the biggest parts of success in any type of goal, is through hard work, discipline and consistency. I'm glad Martial Arts provided me that vessel because I can truly say without those characteristics, I would not have been able to be successful in Fitness and build the body I have today. It's such a rewarding feeling and I want each and everyone of you to have that feeling.
