What You’ll Need:
- 1 & 1/2 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 Frozen Banana
- 2 Scoops of Protein Powder
- 2 Handfuls of Fresh Spinach
- 1 Cup of Ice
Throw all the ingredients into a blender and hit that “mix” button and BOOM! You got yourself a protein-packed shake full of good micronutrients to help recover your muscles and get you closer to the body you’ve been working for.
