Increase Fat Loss & Boost Test Now
Don’t forget my #1 rule for golf – NEVER take a golf cart around the course. You can end up walking nearly 6 miles and burn 1,500 calories alone just by doing that.
Now, in today’s video, I want to talk about the importance of cooldown exercises and stretches after playing a round golf, especially if you’re an older guy like me who has been struggling with shoulder and lower back pain. This is extremely important because, just like with playing any other sport or physical activity, your body needs to go through a cooldown cycle to properly recover.
Let’s get started:
0:36 – Stretch #1 – Standing Toe Touches
1:42 – Stretch #2 – Alternating Quad Stretch
3:02 – Stretch #3 – Gate Stretch
There you have it, guys – my top 3 golf cooldown stretches. Make sure you are incorporating these before the next round you play, or really, the next time you plan on doing some physical activity.
Look, guys – being fit or trying to get in shape doesn’t have to be difficult just because we are getting older. In fact, I’m in the best shape of my life well into my 50’s.
And, I attribute this success to the #1 program for men over 40 for getting in shape, losing stubborn body fat, and living a healthier lifestyle – Abs After 40.
I just posted a free video breaking down the how we older men have been lied to about exercising and what really works for losing fat and getting a lean physique. To see it, just go to http://go.sixpackabs.com/nextlf093 now.
