What’s a common excuse many guys use for getting out of working out? Traveling and being on-the-go is definitely a big one. What most guys fail to realize is that an intense, full-body workout can be done in as little as four minutes!

Weathered Coalition put together a quick, “Tabata-style” workout that you can easily do. A Tabata-style training circuit consists of 20-seconds of doing the workout, then 10 seconds of rest followed by doing the next move.
