Train For The Body Any Man Over 40 Deserves:

Hey, guys! Mark Mcilyar here and I’m in the backyard to show you some at-home exercises that require absolutely no equipment.

I’m going to be going through a beginner at-home workout. I’ll be demonstrating how to do each exercise, then we’ll go through an entire round together. I got my trusty sidekick Mojo with me as well to make sure the squirrels don’t get at me. Now, let’s get started:

0:56 – Exercises #1: “Butt Kickers” for 10 reps on each leg.

1:29 – Exercise #2 – Crunches for 10 reps.

2:09 – Exercise #3 – Leg Swings for 10 reps on each leg at both angles.

2:41 – Exercises #4 – Lateral 3 Step for 10 reps to each side.

3:08 – Exercises #5 – Air Squats for 10 reps.

All these exercises are done in a circuit – meaning back-to-back with no rest in between them. After completing all 5 exercises, take about 60-90 seconds of rest, then do another round. You’ll be finished when you have successfully completed a total of 3 rounds.
