This week we’re focused on mobility. You see, many of us want to rush into exercise or training and want to get it over with quickly, so stretching and warming up is an afterthought. The problem with that is you’re only holding yourself back from being as efficient and effective in what you’re doing by neglecting to stretch and warm up.
So, here is a warm-up and stretch routine centered around mobility and getting yourself loose for a workout.
