What I want to talk about today are the 3 ways to boost your liver. Now, when you truly understand that the liver is the center of fat metabolism, you begin understanding that a healthy liver = healthy fat loss.

Let’s get right to it:

0:48 – #1 – Chlorophyll

The most common foods you can find yourself eating that have detoxing amounts of Chlorophyll are arugula, dandelion greens, spinach, and algae. For those of you who don’t know about chlorophyll, it’s a pigment found in plants and is a good source of vitamins A, C, E, K, and beta-carotene.

The molecular structure of chlorophyll is just one off of that of human blood, resulting in chlorophylls proven ability to help increase red blood cell count. Chlorophyll enhances the liver’s ability to protect itself from fungus-laden foods.

2:58 – #2 – Milk Thistle

Milk thistle is a herbal remedy derived from the milk thistle plant known as Silybum marianum. The active ingredient in milk thistle is silymarin – an antifibrotic that acts as a blockade for the liver. This creates an extra layer of filtration to what the liver would also do in the same filtering process.

Silymarin helps to give your liver a break and recover, thus, encouraging more efficient and effective work done by the liver in the long-run.

3:54 – #3 – Alpha lipoic acid (ALA)

You can find high amounts of this in broccoli and sometimes in certain red meats, but usually, this is taken as a supplement. ALA is both water-soluble and fat-soluble as an antioxidant – a very rare occurrence is to have both in one antioxidant. This trait enables ALA to help neutralize free radicals and protect cells from damage, including liver cells.

ALA helps in the same way silymarin does to protect from free radicals, in that it adds an extra layer of protection to what your body is already designed to do. However, with its solubility in both water and fat, ALA works to protect cells from the inside-out as well as from the outside-in.

There you have it, guys – my top 3 best foods for detoxing your liver and helping to metabolize stubborn body fat.

Now, I know sometimes getting all these key antioxidants and benefits from whole foods can be difficult, because you either need to eat a bunch of whole foods, juice them, but luckily, I figured out a way to get all these amazing health benefits – daily – without having to do either.

I just posted a free video on my site explaining how I personally detox my body and have helped thousands to do the same using 13 key superfoods to get into the best health and shape ever, all you have to do is go here now to see it.
