What I want to talk about today are the 3 ways to boost your liver. Now, when you truly understand that the liver is the center of fat metabolism, you begin understanding that a healthy liver = healthy fat loss.

The most common foods you can find yourself eating that have detoxing amounts of Chlorophyll are arugula, dandelion greens, spinach, and algae. For those of you who don’t know about chlorophyll, it’s a pigment found in plants and is a good source of vitamins A, C, E, K, and beta-carotene.
The molecular structure of chlorophyll is just one off of that of human blood, resulting in chlorophylls proven ability to help increase red blood cell count. Chlorophyll enhances the liver’s ability to protect itself from fungus-laden foods.

This trait enables ALA to help neutralize free radicals and protect cells from damage, including liver cells.
ALA helps in the same way silymarin does to protect from free radicals, in that it adds an extra layer of protection to what your body is already designed to do. However, with its solubility in both water and fat, ALA works to protect cells from the inside-out as well as from the outside-in.
