Today’s recipe I’m about to break down for you that uses Apple Cider Vinegar works to:
-Aid in digestion
-Helps burn fat
-Helps with fasting
Remember – this is a morning drink, so you can mix this up and take it first thing when you wake up on an empty stomach.
-10-12 ounces of Water
-2 tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar
-1/2 of a Lemon – juiced
-1/2 teaspoon Ashwagandha root
-1/2 teaspoon of green coffee bean extract
Ashwagandha root has been used for over 3,000 years to relieve stress, reduce cortisol levels, increase energy and improve concentration…
Due to the natural presence of caffeine, green coffee beans are known as an excellent energy booster. While also being a strong and effective appetite suppressant, it can control food cravings and avert overeating.
