Don’t Eat Another Meal Until You See This
First off, estrogen is the master FEMALE hormone and the #1 killer of what makes you a man – Testosterone.
Now estrogen is usually associated with women, but believe it or not, men actually produce it too. And in men, a delicate balance of estrogen levels is essential…
Over time, as our civilization has progressed and advanced, the male population has been exposed to an ever-increasing estrogen-producing environment, causing a potentially deadly hormonal imbalance that leads to excess body fat and even disease.
So, if you’ve been eating any of the following foods, take my advice and stay ahead of the curve by eliminating them from your diet.

For the life of me, I don’t understand why any adult male over the age of 40 is still drinking milk. Did you know that the typical milk in your average grocery store can contain over 20 different chemicals and medications, including xenoestrogen – a chemical that literally imitates estrogen in the body?
The meat that you are eating, which includes beef, chicken, pork, or turkey, that isn’t held up to an all-natural, organic standard can also be pumped full of excess hormones and steroids that can alter and affect your test levels.

Soy is also another harmful xenoestrogen that can result in impotence in men.
Unfortunately, soy is found in many things that we men use daily – such as coffee creamers, cooking oils, and processed foods, so be pro-active and take a closer look at those labels on the food you’ve been buying.

Excess sugar in your body promotes the production and imbalance of estrogen in the male body.
We’ve all been told sugar can be bad for putting on and holding onto body fat, but if you understand now that sugar can increase your estrogen levels and depress testosterone, you can clearly make the connection of how important testosterone is to losing body fat… And how estrogen levels cause you to hold onto more body fat.
