Luckily, we have this video here today to break down how to properly understand a nutrition label. It’s important to not only understand what is on the label in the first place, but what certain measures and ingredient profiles mean for your health and fitness.

For example, you may see that a bag of chips is only 90 calories – no big deal, right? But did you look at the serving size for the whole bag that you’re about to eat? Because then, you multiply 90 calories by the servings per container, which could result in 3-4 times more calories than you thought.

Take some time to really absorb what is going on with a nutrition label, because what you think you’re putting into your body to help burn excess body fat and get you closer to your goals may not be as beneficial as you may think.
