For those of you that don’t want to use a ton of equipment – barbells, dumbbells, machines, cables, etc. – and want to get a complete workout in just using one piece of equipment, here is a fast and simple workout incorporating a weighted sand bag.

This piece of equipment is a weighted bag filled with sand or something similar to sand, weighted, and has two strap handles on one side. This bag is a great option for doing multiple types of exercises and engaging in compound muscle movements.
