I Was 200 Pounds At 38

At 38 I was about 200 pounds. And what finally fixed it for me wasn’t a workout or a program.

If you can’t stay motivated to lose weight, you probably don’t have an information problem. You have a motivation problem. And you can’t fix a motivation problem the same way you fix an information problem.

You already know what to do

When I was 200 pounds, I already knew how to lift. I knew what a calorie was. I knew exactly what I was doing wrong. I wasn’t missing any information.

If you can’t stay motivated, you’re probably in the same spot. You know what to do, you’re just not doing it.

The fitness industry sells information because information is what it can charge for. So it keeps selling you another workout plan, another diet, another program. But another workout plan doesn’t fix a motivation problem. If you already know what to do and you’re not doing it, more information isn’t going to change that.

What actually changed my body

What changed my body was a picture.

I generated a picture of myself lean and made it my phone lock screen. So every time I picked up my phone, I saw the guy I was supposed to be. That was about 40 times a day.

That’s what got me to eat right on a random Tuesday night when nobody was watching. Not a program, not a trainer. A picture.

How to set it up

  1. Make an AI picture of yourself with the body you want. Your face, your frame, just leaner.
  2. Download it.
  3. Make it your phone lock screen.
  4. Look at it every single day until it’s real.

The picture is one of several ways I use AI to get in shape. If you want the rest of them, here’s how I use AI to get real six pack abs.

And if you want to make that picture of yourself, try Abs By AI free for 7 days.
