Hire A Maid Instead Of A Personal Trainer

For most people, a personal trainer isn’t worth the money. At $100 to $200 an hour it’s out of reach for most people, and even if you can afford $500 or $1,000 a month, that money gets you better results spent somewhere else. Hire a maid, use the time you get back to go to the gym, and let AI build your plan.

Personal trainers are expensive

You might pay a trainer $100, $150 or $200 an hour. For most of you, that’s prohibitively expensive. You can’t afford it, so you’re going to use AI tools anyway.

Even if you can afford one, spend it differently

Say you have $500 or $1,000 a month you’d spend on a trainer. Give that money to a maid instead. Your house gets cleaned without you, and now you have the time to go to the gym.

For most people, the problem isn’t knowing what to do in the gym. It’s finding the time to get there. Spending your money on time gives you far better ROI than spending it on a trainer.

What AI does better than a trainer

I used to train people myself, so I know how trainers think. Here’s where AI wins:

  • It’s free or close to it. Pay about $20 a month and you’ll get slightly better results.
  • It’s there 24/7. A trainer sees you once a week, maybe once a month. When something throws off your plan, AI helps you that same minute, not weeks later when it’s too late.
  • It has unlimited time for you. A one-hour session goes straight to the workout. AI can take the time to learn your goals, your injuries and the exercises you like and hate.
  • It earns no commission. Plenty of trainers recommend the supplements the gym sells, because they get paid on them. That’s not because they’re bad people. They have bills to pay. AI has no stake in what you buy.

The catch: AI needs context

Type “how can I get six pack abs?” and you’ll get a generic plan, worse than a decent trainer would give you. Give it deep context instead: your goals, your schedule, your injuries, what’s held you back before. Then ask it to interview you. That’s when it builds a plan made for you, and it keeps adjusting the plan as your life changes. I show exactly how in how I use AI to get real six pack abs.

So whether you’re rich or broke, skip the trainer. Put the money toward time, and use AI for the plan.
